Item Statistics

 

Each item can have different rating, your character will benefit from one item rating more that from other. To check total current ratings of your character open hero sheet ("C"). Right under Ability Scores you'll see your ratings.

 

  • Power: damage and healing bonus
  • Critical Strike: chance to land critical hit
  • Armor Penetration: how much enemy armor will be ignored
  • Recovery: shortens Encounter cooldowns and amount of Action Points you get
  • Defense: damage resistance
  • Deflect: Deflect chance, chance to reduce at least half of damage
  • Regeneration: health regeneration
  • Life Steal: how much health will be returned to you after attacking enemy
  • Movement: increases run speed (does not affect mounted speed)

 

 

Item Level / Gear Score

 

Visible on the right side of character sheet window Gear Score (GS) is your equipment evaluation used to give basic orientation how well you will perform in harder areas. Most of players looking for group or groups looking for players take into account gear score as main determinant. The better GS is the better the chances to find group.

 

Epic versions of dungeons even require specific Gear Score before you can join the queue.

 

 

 

 

You will be choosing items for you based on ratings, but you should notice that better the item is the higher quality it have or higher level. Item qualities are indicated by borders around item icon:

 

  • Dark Gold: items with junk quality
  • Gold: quest items
  •  White: common
  • Green: uncommon
  •  Blue: rare
  • Violet: epic
  • Orange: legendary

 

 

There are some other marks on items:

 

  • Number in bottom right corner of icon indicates how many items you have, you can have maximum 99 items in one stack
  •  "NEW" in top right corner means that item was recently picked up
  •  Exclamation mark in bottom right corner mean you will get new quest after using the item
  • Padlock in bottom left corner of item's icon mean it can't be used yet (you have too low level etc)
  •  Question mark in bottom right corner of item's icon means unidentified item
  • Red icon means item usable by other class
